OH my word!! Chris missed his calling! That “STARRS” quote took me right back to running away from the Nemesis in RE3!!
The movie idea is brilliant! I would like to add another to your list of consideration: Doom, with the Rock… lol… Look forwards to hear what you settle on!
Yeesh…I had totally forgotten about Doom. Good call. So, let’s do the list of video game cinematic masterpieces that we could consider doing:
Resident Evil, RE: Apocalypse, RE: Extinction, RE: Afterlife, Dead or Alive, Super Mario Bros, The Wizard, The Uwe Boll Platinum Collection: House of the Dead, Alone in the Dark, Bloodrayne 1-3, In the Name of the King: A Dungeon Siege Tale 1 & 2, Street Fighter (JCVD), Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun Li, Doom, King of Fighters, Mortal Kombat, Mortal Kombat: Annihilation…am I missing any?
I’d hesitate to do Resident Evil or Apocalypse since they are decent. Mortal Kombat was fun back in the 90′s, but I remember not liking the second one. A few on that list I haven’t even seen yet (Legend of Chun Li, The Wizard, Dungeon Siege 2, etc.).
I guess I’d put my vote in for Legend of Chun Li, RE: Afterlife, Dead or Alive, The Wizard, or Doom.
You are forgetting some true masterpieces like: Far Cry, Silent Hill, Tomb Raider and Wing Commander! I am partial to Doom or MK (which I thought was good-bad), but why don’t you guys rather make the call based on what you have not seen? I think it will probably result in a funnier podcast if it is watched sight unseen rather than expecting the cheese!

One small query… it has been a while since we have heard what you guys are currently working on… I know that it is usually hard, due to secrecy and what-not… but its always interesting to hear what you are working on, and any challenges you or your dev might be facing…
